Connect usb mouse or try to close epos software.
On main desktop look for eGalaxy Touch
GO to settings then tools and press 4 point calibration .It will load the calibration setup press and hold RED TARGET on the corner of screen until it says 100% repeat all 4 corners and press yes when finished .
